Kew Market – looking for volunteers

Kew Village market is looking for volunteers. With around 50 stalls each month selling the finest food and beautiful crafts, Kew Village Market has almost doubled its size since it was started six years ago. But even such welcome success makes extra demands and we really need more volunteers – for just a few hours once a month. We’re particularly looking to recruit responsible individuals to help with the set-up (8–10am) and breakdown (2–3pm) of the market. Those heavy-lifting duties could possibly be combined with being roady for the bands, for volunteers who are interested in music. Also, mature teenagers could find KVM volunteering to be a sociable way to collect community brownie points for Duke of Edinburgh Award or uni applications… Interested?
