Kite Web Design for local businesses

Taking people and businesses online
Helen Bantock of Kite Web Design tells us why people have been using her business for the last 11 years

How do you know what your clients want from a web designer?
Listening to my clients is key to success. Everyone is different and my objective is to identify your needs and deliver a website that helps you connect with your customers and grow your business. Requests are varied and include people who wish to have complete content control to clients who would like us to manage the whole site for them on a regular basis.

What gives you the most satisfaction in your work?
Positive feedback from clients is a real boost. Investing in a new website can lead to a significant upturn in business. It’s so rewarding to meet up with regular clients and share their success. Most people come from referrals, here in West London, but also as far as Brighton and Scotland.

How do you keep your approach fresh?
Design and technology move so quickly, it’s important to make sure I keep up to speed with new developments.  In addition to building and managing websites for my clients, I also used to teach web design at an adult college. It was very inspirational to see all the ideas from my students.
