The National Archives in Kew is running a series of lectures throughout August:
9 August: Making a Martyr – How the child murder libel was born in medieval Norwich
16 August: Ambassadors and arms dealers in 16th century Italy
23 August: Unheard, ignored and misrepresented – the Victorian pauper
30 August: Hitler lives! ‘Alternative facts’ and conspiracy theories
4.45-6.30pm, free lectures.
