Dog free area in Westerly Ware, Kew?

0

The Kew community is being invited to have their say on plans to trial a dog-free area in Westerly Ware, next to Kew Bridge. The Westerly Ware Association has proposed that the Council trial a fenced off, dog-free area within the park in an attempt to provide areas for all users to enjoy. The consultation follows feedback from some users who felt the presence of dogs impacted on their enjoyment of the park. The proposals would create a space at the northern end of the park for people to sit and picnic and have access to the playground leaving the rest of the park free for dog-walkers.  You have until the end of this week – 29 June – to have your say. Just email: consultation@richmond.gov.uk
